A life is being lost to suicide every 40 seconds. Those in the emergency services and military are disproportionately affected and 75% of all suicides are from men. Feel The Burn is a beautiful, cinematic journey through some of the most stunning landscapes on earth. It aims to change the narrative, providing young males with positive role models and break down the stigma around men's mental health. It's good to talk. And if macho firefighters can open up about managing their mental mental health, we all can.
